Welcome to Cotswold-Homes.com, the specialist on-line property and lifestyle magazine exclusively for the North Cotswolds!  We get huge numbers of hits (around 1 million a month), with many local vistors but also including people from all over the world to our site, with around 40 different countries logging on each week.
Our aim is to showcase all independent businesses specifically operating in and serving the North Cotswolds.  Our visitors range from those who are seeking a place to live, those who are planning a visit to the area, and those who already live here, and the sections have been designed with this in mind.

Whether you are a High Street shop, a Bed  & Breakfast, a major tourist attraction, a one-man band, a football club, a village pub or a local charity, whether you are advertising a fun-day, a village fete or a regular seasonal event, this is the place to gain maximum exposure to a highly targeted potential customer base with the minimum of cost ( and completely for free if you are a non-profit-making organisation).

The beauty of promoting your business or event on Cotswold-Homes.com is that you are able to update and change your advert whenever you choose, allowing you to highlight forthcoming promotions, to create downloads such as money-off vouchers or updated price lists, to refresh your advert with lovely photos of your new stock or proudly display your latest work... all sorts of potential marketing ideas that will tempt customers to your particular enterprise.

There are different types of advert in every section - whether you can afford less than £20 a month, or can splash out and commission your own bespoke website with its own domain name, we have something that will suit your budget.

Living In the Cotswolds  promotes businesses serving the local community;
Visiting The Cotswolds highlights those businesses that attract the tourist market;
The High Street is for any business with a shop frontage in a village or town setting, and the
Village Notice Board provides a daily calendar of events going on in the local area.

How much will it cost to advertise in a section? 

Basic Entry: To list your business or event only, with a short description: 
£50 plus VAT per quarter

Standard Entry: This allows you to give a brief description (max 200 characters) of your business/event and 8 bullet points, along with your logo, business details, a link to your website and your e-mail address:
£100 plus VAT per quarter

Premium Entry: This gives you a second page to write a much broader description of your business/event (up to 1,000 characters) and to display a gallery of photographs and/or downloads. 
You also gain free access to the Village Notice Board.
£150 plus VAT per quarter

Bespoke Entry: To enhance your Premium Entry you can customise your second page, arranged exactly as you would like it to look, and of course, have free access to the Village Notice Board
£150 plus VAT per quarter plus set-up charge of £200 plus VAT

Your Own Bespoke Website: In addition to the Premium Entry you can commission a custom-built dedicated 5 page website for £500 plus VAT per annum.  You can choose your own domain name (subject to availability) and your own email address which will include a 1Gb mailbox, webmail, anti-virus and spam protection. 
£150 plus VAT per quarter plus annual charge of £500 plus VAT

Should you wish to reproduce your advert in more than one section, you can do so for a flat fee of £50 plus VAT per quarter for each additional section.
